Jinya Ramen Bar is a famous Japanese ramen shop with 49 locations in North America. They are known for their authentic ramen-making techniques that focus on the harmonious relationship between broth and noodles, from the water used to their special noodle aging process. They engaged Popcorn to promote and cover the grand opening of their newest Greater Vancouver location.
Influencer Marketing, Photography and Video Production.
The objective was to increase awareness for the franchise’s newest location at The Amazing Brentwood, and to create buzz surrounding the grand opening amongst the local foodie influencers.
To reach the objective Popcorn planned and executed two influencer tasting events.. Popcorn also delivered professional videography and photography content during the grand opening day for Jinya to use on their corporate social media platforms.
The influencer events and campaign resulted in coverage from a total of 17 local influencers with a combined following of over 500,000. There were a total of 52 Instagram Stories, 20 Instagram feed posts, 4 TikTok posts, and 1 blog post. The content shared garnered more than 5,000 engagements – likes, comments and shares. This resulted in an estimated combined reach of around 200k amongst the 17 local influencers, and the content produced by Popcorn allowed Jinya to show off their newest location to their over 100k Instagram followers.
